Richard P Callahan

Richard Callahan currently serves as a director of Oxbow Carbon LLC. From 1985 through 2012, he was the general counsel and corporate secretary of Oxbow. He is director and secretary of the America3 Foundation, which sponsored the successful 1992 America’s Cup. Mr. Callahan is the former president of the Palm Beach membership of the Hospice Foundation and present chairman of the Board of Hospice of the Palm Beach County Foundation. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Oxbridge Academy in West Palm Beach. Prior to joining Oxbow, Mr. Callahan practiced law in Boston. He is a graduate of Georgetown University and Suffolk University Law School. Mr. Callahan also served in the U.S. Army Reserve from 1968 through 1974. Mr. Callahan and his wife, Cynthia, have two children and currently reside in Palm Beach, Florida and Osterville, Massachusetts.
