G Jean Howard

Ms. Howard has been Chief of Staff, Office of the Mayor, City of Rochester, NY since January 2006. Prior to that time, she served as Executive Director of Wilson Commencement Park from 1990 to January 2006; Ms. Howard has been a director of the Company since 2002, and was a director of RGS Energy Group, Inc. prior to its merger with the Company. Ms. Howard serves on the Company's Corporate Responsibility Committee and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.
