Terrence Martell has been a Director of IntercontinentalExchange (NYSE: ICE) since January 2007. He serves on the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors and is also the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of ICE Futures U.S., ICE's regulated futures exchange subsidiary. Dr. Martell is the Director of the Weissman Center for International Business at Baruch College/CUNY, where he is also the Saxe Distinguished Professor of Finance. Dr. Martell is a leading authority on international commodity markets and conducts extensive research in this area. Dr. Martell is on the board of the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce and serves on its Executive Committee. He is also a trustee of the PSC/CUNY Welfare Fund, which manages health benefits for the employees of the City University of New York. Dr. Martell earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Iona College and a Doctor of Philosophy in Finance from the Pennsylvania State University.
