Mr. Yontz served as a Director of Rockwell Automation Inc. from 2002 to February 6, 2008. He served as a Director of Berg Electronics Corp. since March. Mr. Yontz served as the Chairman of Apogent Technologies Inc., from December 1987 until it was acquired in 2004. 1994. He served as a Director of Viasystems Group Inc. since January 1997. Mr. Yontz served as a Director of AMN Healthcare Services Inc. since May 2004.
