Mr. Rockwell joined First of Michigan Corporation (investment banking) in 1961, was elected Senior Vice President in 1983, and was named Vice Chairman, First of Michigan Division of Fahnestock & Co. Inc. in March 1998 following the acquisition of First of Michigan by Fahnestock & Co. He is past chairman of the Municipal Advisory Council of Michigan and past President of the Bond Club of Detroit.
