Kenneth D. Weeks Jr. Weeks is Director of Physician Services with Novant Health-Presbyterian Medical Center and is one of the few Cardiovascular Specialists in the United States who is also certified in sleep medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Formerly, he was a cardiologist and researcher with Mid Carolina Cardiology, which he co-founded. Weeks grew up in Rocky Mount, N.C., and graduated from Davidson College and Duke Medical School, after which he completed his Residency in Internal Medicine and Fellowship in Cardiology at Walter Reed Army Medical Center. He has served as a Trustee of Davidson College, as Board Chairman of Novant Health, and is a former Governor of the N.C. Chapter of the American College of Cardiology. He is an Advisory Board Member of Project Life and a Board Member of Physicians Impact Fund at Presbyterian Hospital Foundation.
