William L. Kimsey has been a director since March 2003. He is a veteran of 32 years' service with Ernst & Young, a global independent auditing firm, and became that firm's Global Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Kimsey served at Ernst & Young as director of management consulting in St. Louis, office.
