William W Colville

William W. Colville Retired, formerly Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of OCD until 1994. Director since 2006; formerly a Director of OCD since 1995. A graduate of Yale University and the Columbia University Law School, Mr. Colville began his career at Owens Corning in 1984 as Senior Vice President and General Counsel. Prior to joining Owens Corning, he was President of the Sohio Processed Minerals Group from 1982 to 1984, and General Counsel of Kennecott Corporation from 1980 to 1982. Mr. Colville is also a director of Nordson Corporation.
