Denise K Fletcher

Ms. Fletcher has been Executive Vice President, Finance of Vulcan Inc., an investment and project company, since 2005. From 2004 to 2005, she served as Chief Financial Officer of DaVita, Inc., an independent provider of dialysis services in the United States. From 2000 to 2003, she was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of MasterCard International, an international payment solutions company. She has served as a Director of Unisys since 2001 and is a member of the Audit Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.
