Mr. Martin is a retired President and Chief Executive Officer of Barnes Group Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of automotive and aircraft components and maintenance products. He has also held the position of Executive Vice President-Operations of that company. He is a Director of Ingersoll-Rand Company, Applera Corporation and C.R. Bard, Inc. He has served as a Director of Unisys since 1995 and is chairman of the Compensation Committee.
