Haugen served as CFO and SVP of Unisys Corp. from 2000 to late 2016. She also held positions as acting CEO and corporate controller. Prior to her 20-year career at Unisys, she was a partner at Ernst & Young. In 2014, the American Red Cross of Pennsylvania honored her with the Breaking the Glass Ceiling Award. Janet Brutschea Haugen was elected a corporate senior vice president and Chief Financial Officer in July 2000. In that role, she is responsible for executive management and oversight of the financial, information technology and procurement operations of the corporation. Prior to joining Unisys, Janet was a partner at Ernst & Young LLP where her client responsibilities included a variety of large multinational technology and services companies, both U.S. and foreign-owned. Janet is a member of the Forum of Executive Women, Financial Executives Institute and the Conference Board Council of CFOs. She graduated magna cum laude from Rutgers University with a bachelor's degree in Economics.
