Craig A Conway

Mr. Conway served as President and Chief Executive Officer of PeopleSoft, Inc., an enterprise application software company, from 1999 until 2004. Prior to that, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of One Touch Systems, Inc. from 1996 to 1999. He is a Director of salesforce.com, inc. He has served as a Director of Unisys since August 2007 and is a member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.
