David W Hoyle

David W. Hoyle has served as a director since January 1995. For the past 25 years, he has been self-employed, primarily as a real estate developer. He has been a Senator in the North Carolina General Assembly since 1992. Senator Hoyle is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Citizens South Banking Corporation, a bank holding company, and is Chairman of the Board of Directors of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Citizens South Bank. Senator Hoyle also serves as a director of several private corporations as well as of several civic, educational and charitable organizations.
