MARK A. MCEACHEN has been a member of our Board of Directors since May 2014. Mr. McEachen has served on the Dex Media, Inc. Board of Directors since April 2013; he previously served as a Director of Dex One Corporation from January 2010 to April 2013. Mr. McEachen served as Executive Vice President of Freedom Communications, Inc., a national information and entertainment company of print publications and interactive businesses, from February 2013 to July 2013. From April 2010 to February 2013, Mr. McEachen served as Freedom’s Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. From May 2009 to April 2010, Mr. McEachen served as Freedom’s Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Fabrik, Inc., a designer, manufacturer and marketer of online services solutions, as well as interim Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating and Financial Officer of BridgeCo Inc., a digital entertainment networking company.
