Richard L. Mack previously served as a senior attorney in Cargill, Incorporated's worldwide law department, where he had worked since joining Cargill in 1994. His responsibilities included providing strategic counsel on commercial, operational and strategic matters for several Cargill Business Units, including Crop Nutrition. He has significant experience in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and equity transactions. Before joining Cargill, Mr. Mack was counsel for administrative divisions at Norwest Corporation. He is a member of the Minnesota State Bar, the Hennepin County Bar and the American Corporate Counsel Associations. Mr. Mack holds a B.S. degree in accounting from Minnesota State University-Moorhead and a Juris Doctor degree from Hamline University School of Law.
