Lynne A. Burgess serves as our Vice President and General Counsel. Most recently, Ms. Burgess served as general counsel and secretary to the governance committee at Oliver, Wyman & Company, LLC, a strategy-consulting firm dedicated exclusively to the financial services industry. Prior to joining Oliver, Wyman & Company, Ms. Burgess was vice president, general counsel and assistant secretary at Entex Information Services, Inc., a multi-billion dollar personal computer systems integrator. Ms. Burgess received her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law. She also holds a Bachelor's degree from William Smith College. Ms.Burgess is also secretary to the Asbury Board of Directors.
