Ms. Patricia L. Kampling, Pat has been the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer at Alliant Energy Corporation since April 1, 2012 and as its President since February 8, 2011. She previously served as an Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Wisconsin Power & Light Co. and Interstate Power & Light Company since January 1, 2010, January 2009 and January 2007 respectively. She served as Treasurer of Evraz Inc. NA from September 29, 2004 to August 2005. From 2000 to 2002, Ms. Kampling served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Exelon Enterprises, a business unit of Exelon Corporation. She served as Treasurer of Unicom Corporation and Commonwealth Edison Company since February 1999. She served as Manager of Finance at Unicom and ComEd from May 1998 to February 1999 and served as its an Assistant Treasurer. During her 21-year career with Exelon, she received numerous promotions in the finance, treasury and engineering functions. She has been a Director of American Transmission Company LLC since July 8, 2011 and Briggs & Stratton Corporation since January 26, 2011. She has been a Director at Alliant Energy Corporation since January 20, 2012. She serves as Director of Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce. Ms. Kampling holds her MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago. She holds bachelor of arts degrees in economics and mechanical engineering from Swarthmore College in Pennsylvania.
