Jason Ader

Jason Nathaniel Ader is the Founder of SpringOwl Asset Management LLC since 2013 and serves as its Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer. Mr. Ader serves as Executive Chairman of MD Insider, Inc. He served as the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Investment Officer and Portfolio Manager at Ader Investment Management LLC, which he founded in March 2003. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Western Liberty BanCorp., from December 2008 to October 2010 and its Executive Director since 2007. He was the Founder of India Hospitality Corp. and serves as its Chairman of the Board. Mr. Ader served as the Chief Executive Officer at India Hospitality Corp. From 1995 to 2003, he served as a Senior Managing Director at The Bear Stearns Companies, LLC, where, he performed equity and high yield research for more than 50 companies in the gaming, lodging and leisure industries. He served as Equity Analyst of Citigroup Inc, Research Division. Mr. Ader served as Equity Analyst of Bear Stearns Companies Inc., Research Division. He was also a Senior Analyst at Smith Barney, covering the gaming industry from 1993 to 1995. From 1990 to 1993, Mr. Ader served as a Buyside Analyst at Baron Capital, where he covered the casino industry. Mr. Ader served as Executive Chairman of Reunion Hospitality Trust, Inc. He served as the Chairman of 1st Commerce Bank and as its Director since July 22, 2009. Mr. Ader has been a Director of Las Vegas Sands Corp. since April 2009. He served as a Director of Service1st Bank of Nevada. Mr. Ader earned his M.B.A. in Finance from New York University - Leonard N. Stern School of Business and B.A. degree in Economics from New York University.
