In her current position since 2016 at First Source, a packager and distributor of national branded, unbranded and private label confectionery products, nuts, and snacks. She previously was president and COO of Knoll Office. Lynn Utter has served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Knoll Office since February 2, 2012. Prior to that, Lynn served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Knoll North America since March 3, 2008. Prior to joining Knoll, Lynn served from 2003 to 2008 as the Chief Strategy Officer at Coors Brewing Company, a business unit of Molson Coors Brewing Company, and before that she served as Vice President of Container Operations and Vice President of Logistics for Coors. Prior to joining the brewery in August 1997, Lynn consulted for seven months with Coors on the company's Distributor Service Initiative. Her previous experience includes six years with Frito-Lay, where she served as a Strategic Planning Group Manager, Director of Distribution for the Denver area, Area Vice President, and Vice President for Sales Operations. Early in her career, Lynn spent four years with Strategic Planning Associates in Washington, D.C. She currently chairs the University of Texas-McCombs College of Business Administration Deans Advisory Council, was named an Outstanding Young Texas Ex in 2004, and is a past president of the Stanford Business School Alumni Association. In addition, she is a trustee of the Mile High United Way and was chairperson of MHUW's 2004 campaign. Lynn received a bachelors degree in business administration with highest honors from the University of Texas at Austin, where she was named the university's outstanding student. In 1986, she earned an MBA from Stanford University and was named the Arbuckle Award recipient. Lynn, her husband and their two children live in Devon, PA. Lynn is a member of the 2003 class of Henry Crown Fellows at the Aspen Institute.
