Joseph C. Muscari, a longtime business executive who had been chairman of Dana Inc. since 2012, died at the age of 69. Mr. Muscari, who was also chairman and chief executive officer of Minerals Technologies Inc, a New York company that produces specialty mineral and mineral-based products for a variety of industries. He was first elected to Dana’s board of directors in 2010.
