Gil Borok

Mr. Borok is a seasoned executive with a successful background in financial management within the manufacturing, distribution and real estate industries, including Big 4 public accounting experience. In these roles, Mr. Borok oversaw global financial and accounting matters, internal and external reporting, audit committee activities, and the financial aspects of mergers, acquisitions and dispositions. Mr. Borok began his career with Arthur Andersen where he moved from Staff Auditor to Manager in the Commercial Audit Division in Los Angeles.
