Dean H Bergy

Dean Bergy was named vice president and chief financial officer in January 2003. Mr. Bergy is responsible for the Company’s accounting, finance, tax and information technology functions. Mr. Bergy began his career with Stryker in June 1994 as controller of the Company. He subsequently served as vice president, finance, for Stryker’s Medical division from 1996 to 1998 and as the Company’s vice president, finance, from 1998 to 2003. Prior to joining Stryker, Mr. Bergy held various roles in the audit function for both Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
