Michelle Gass

Gass assumed the role of CEO of Kohl's in 2018. Previously, she served as the company's chief merchandising and customer officer, joining Kohl's in 2013. She spent more than 16 years with Starbucks Corp. in senior leadership roles which included leading the Europe and Middle East operations.
