Mr. Green is Chairman of the Joshua Green Corporation, a family investment firm, and Chairman of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Far Bank Enterprises, Inc., a manufacturing company. He also served as Chief Executive Officer of the Joshua Green Corporation from 1984 until May 2007.
