Mr. Jackson was President and Chief Executive Officer, Global Procurement, of Wal-Mart. Stores, Inc. (Wal-Mart) from April 2006 to February 2007, and prior to that role he was Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer of Wal-Mart. He was President and Chief Operating Officer of Dollar General Stores, Inc. from August 2003 to September 2004, and was Senior Vice President, Supply Operations, of Safeway, Inc. from September 1997 to August 2003.
