James F Orr

James F. Orr has been a director since 2000. He is Chairman of the Board of Convergys Corporation, a provider of customer management, employee care and outsourced billing services, a position he has held since 2000, and is scheduled to retire effective December 31, 2007. He also served as Chief Executive Officer from 1998 until his retirement from that position in April 2007, and as President from 1998 to 2005. Mr. Orr also is a director of Ohio National Financial Services, Inc.
