Charles B. Kenyon, Ed.D., is the associate vice president for student affairs and dean of students at Buffalo State College, where he is responsible for overseeing the student judicial affairs office, the counseling and health centers, career services and disability services, along with four grant-funded pre-college programs. Dr. Kenyon earned his Master’s and Doctoral degrees from Harvard University with a concentration on organizational behavior and labor relations in higher education. He previously served as director of academic support services at the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth, MA, during which time he was elected president of the New England Association of Educational Opportunity Program Personnel and served as a board member of the Council for Opportunity in Education, based in Washington, D.C. Dr. Kenyon obtained a specialization in negotiation and dispute resolution from the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School and has taught courses on negotiation and organizational behavior at both the University of Massachusetts and at Buffalo State College.
