Walter Kunerth has been a director of Autoliv since August 1998. Professor Kunerth is also a member of the Supervisory Board of Gildemeister AG and Chairman of the Supervisory Boards of Gotz AG and Paragon AG. For more than 20 years, Professor Kunerth held various senior executive positions at Siemens AG in Germany, including as a member of Siemens' Corporate Executive Board (1993-97), President of Siemens' Automotive Systems Group (1988-93) and head of Siemens' Automotive Electronics Division. He holds a doctorate degree in Engineering from the University of Stuttgart and has been named Honorary Professor by the university.
