Robert C. Sledd has served as Chairman of Performance Food Group Co. ("PFG"), a foodservice distribution company, since 1995. He served as Chief Executive Officer of PFG from 1987 to 2001 and from 2004 to 2006. In addition to serving on the board of directors of PFG, he serves on the board of SCP Pool Corporation. Mr. Sledd was appointed as a director of the Company effective November 1, 2007.
