Edward C Dolby

Edward C. Dolby has served as a director since 2003. He has been the President of The Edward C. Dolby Strategic Consulting Group, LLC since September 2002, when he established the company to engage in business consulting. Prior to his retirement in December 2001, Mr. Dolby was employed by Bank of America Corporation for 32 years, where his positions included President of the North Carolina and South Carolina Consumer and Commercial Bank. Mr. Dolby is a member of the Audit and Compensation Committees.
