Glenn A Eisenberg

Glenn A. Eisenberg has served as a director since 2002. He is the Executive Vice President-Finance and Administration of The Timken Company, a position he has held since January 2002. The Timken Company is an international manufacturer of highly engineered bearings and alloy steels and a provider of related products and services. From 1990 to 2001, Mr. Eisenberg was employed by United Dominion Industries, an international manufacturer of proprietary engineered products, where he held various positions, including President and Chief Operating Officer from December 1999 to May 2001. He is also a director of Alpha Natural Resources, Inc. Mr. Eisenberg is the Chairman of the Audit Committee, and the Board of Directors has determined that he is an "audit committee financial expert," as defined by the applicable rules of the SEC.
