Mr. Rajkowski, 49, has full responsibility for all aspects of financial management and reporting at MWV. He began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in 1981, last serving as the managing partner for the Upstate New York Technology Industry Group. In 1998 he joined the Eastman Kodak Company as corporate controller, and in 2001, he became vice president, finance. In 2003, he was named chief operating officer of Kodak’s Consumer Digital Business, and he subsequently became vice president and general manager, worldwide operations, Digital & Film Imaging Systems. He joined MWV in August 2004.
