Eric Hippeau

Eric Hippeau has been Managing Partner of Softbank Capital, a technology venture capital firm, since March 2000. Mr. Hippeau served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Ziff-Davis Inc., an integrated media and marketing company, from 1993 to March 2000 and held various other positions with Ziff-Davis from 1989 to 1993. Mr. Hippeau is a director of Yahoo! Inc. Mr. Hippeau has been a Director of the Company, and was a Trustee of the Trust, since April 1999.
