Dwight Steffensen

Dwight Steffensen, was appointed Lead Director of SYNNEX in March 2018. Prior to this, Mr. Steffensen served as Chairman of the Board from June 2010 to March 2018 and has been a member of the Board since February 2002. He also served as Lead Director from March 2006 to June 2010. Mr. Steffensen served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Merisel, Inc. from February 1996 until August 2000. Prior to joining Merisel, Mr. Steffensen served as President and Chief Operating Officer at Bergen Brunswig Corporation, a healthcare company. Prior to the merger of Bergen Brunswig Corporation and Synergex Corporation, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Synergex. Mr. Steffensen was a member of the Board of Directors of OmniVision Technologies, Inc., where he chaired the Audit Committee and also served on the Compensation Committee and the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee. Mr. Steffensen received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Stanford University and is a certified public accountant (inactive).
