Most recently, Ms. Moss held the position of Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Pitney Bowes Inc. She was responsible for all domestic and international legal matters, including acquisitions, relations with global regulatory bodies, legislative issues, intellectual property, patent protection, corporate governance, licensing and litigation. Prior to joining Pitney Bowes, Ms. Moss was Senior Litigation Partner for Howard, Smith & Levin (now Covington & Burling), a New York City-based law firm. She has served as Assistant United States Attorney, in the Criminal Division, in the Southern District of New York. Prior to that, she practiced at Davis Polk & Wardwell and was Law Clerk for the Honorable Constance Baker Motley, a U.S. District Judge in the Southern District of New York. Ms. Moss is a graduate of NYU Law School and the University of Massachusetts.
