John R. Friedery was elected as a director in August 2007 and serves as a member of the Audit Committee. Mr. Friedery is currently Senior Vice President, Ball Corporation; President, Metal Beverage Packaging, Americas and Asia, a provider of metal and plastic packaging for beverages, foods and household products, and of aerospace and other technologies services. He previously served as the Chief Operating Officer, Packaging Products Americas, and the President, Metal Beverage Container operations, as well as other leadership roles in Ball Corporation since 1988. Prior to his employment with Ball Corporation, he served in field operations for Dresser/Atlas Well Services and in operations, exploration and production for Nondorf Oil and Gas.
