Mr. Robert C. Kagle, is a General Partner at Benchmark Capital. Mr. Kagle Founded Benchmark Capital in May 1995. He is a veteran of the venture industry with over 25 years of venture capital investment experience. Prior to this, Mr. Kagle spent 12 years as a General Partner at Technology Venture Investors. Before that, he worked at the Boston Consulting Group where Mr. Kagle focused on issues of corporate strategy in industries ranging from retail distribution to high technology manufacturing. He has been a Director of ZipRealty, Inc. since November 1999 and serves as a Member of its Compensation and Corporate Governance Committees. Mr. Kagle has been a Director of eBay Inc. since June 1997 and serves as Director of Art.com, Inc. He has been a Director of E –Loan Inc. since January 1998 and is the Chairman of its Compensation Committee and Member of Nominating Committees. Mr. Kagle serves on the Boards of Axiom Law, Alventive, eBags Inc., Get2Chip, Jamba Juice, WorldWinner.com, uShip, Inc., Stitcher, Inc., and zipRealty.com. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Ariba, Inc. and Mint Software, Inc. Mr. Kagle is a Director of Logo Works since June 20, 2005. He also serves as a Director of Zipcar Inc. since July 11, 2005. Mr. Kagle is a Member of the Advisory Council of Stanford Graduate School of Business. He served as a Director of the National Venture Capital Association, a past President of the Western Association of Venture Capitalists; and the Chairman Emeritus of the Board of Trustees of Kettering University. Mr. Kagle received an M.B.A. from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 1980 where he was a General Motors Fellow and a B.S. in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering from the General Motors Institute (renamed Kettering University) in 1978 where he was a Sobey Scholar.
