William S Urkiel

Mr. Urkiel previously served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of IKON Office Solutions, the world's largest independent channel for document management systems and services, which he joined in 1999. He will retire from IKON on January 3, 2005. Prior to IKON, Mr. Urkiel had been Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the then-independent technology firm AMP, Inc., a global electronics component and connector company. He began his career with International Business Machines Corporation where he served for 27 years in a variety of financial capacities of increasing responsibility, most recently as the Senior Managing Director, Finance and Planning for IBM Japan. Mr. Urkiel holds a B.A. in History from Marist College and an M.B.A. in Finance from Iona College Graduate School of Business.
