Frederick B Whittemore

Frederick B. Whittemore has been a director of the Company since 1993. Mr. Whittemore has been an advisory director of Morgan Stanley since 1989 and was a managing director or partner of the predecessor firms of Morgan Stanley from 1967 to 1989. He was Vice-Chairman of the American Stock Exchange from 1982 to 1984. Mr. Whittemore graduated from Dartmouth College in 1953 and from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration in 1954.
