President and Chief Executive Officer of Aromatique, Inc. (Heber Springs, Arkansas). Ms. Upton founded Aromatique, Inc. in 1982 and has been President and Chief Executive Officer since that time. The company is a leading manufacturer of decorative fragrances and distributes these products both domestically and internationally. She is a graduate of Stephens College. Ms. Upton has been a Director of AT&T since 1993. She is a member of the Human Resources Committee and the Public Policy Committee.
