Thomas Michael Tolliver Niles

The Hon. Thomas M. T. Niles, Director. Mr. Niles is Vice Chairman of United States Council for International Business (USCIB), a company working with its international affiliates to promote open markets and freer trade around the world. He was President of USCIB from 1999 to 2005. Mr. Niles was formerly U.S. Ambassador to Canada (1985-1989), U.S. Ambassador to the European Union (1989-1991), Assistant Secretary of State for Europe and Canada (1991-1993) and Ambassador to Greece (1993-1997).
