Charles Drucker, president, Fifth Third Bank Processing Solutions, has been elected to MasterCard International’s U.S. Region Board. He will serve on the board with executives from other MasterCard financial institutions. Drucker began his career with Fifth Third in 2004, and is responsible for the strategy, sales, product development, relationship management and administration for the Fifth Third Bank Processing Solutions division’s three business lines: Merchant Services; Financial Institution Services, which includes EFT Processing and Correspondent Banking; and Card Products. Established in 1973, Fifth Third Bank Processing Solutions acquires, authorizes, switches, captures and settles virtually all types of electronic payment transactions for financial institutions and merchants worldwide. The company processes over 12 billion ATM, point-of-sale and electronic commerce transactions annually. Drucker holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management, and has formally served on the MasterCard Acquirer’s Committee and the Visa Acquirer’s Council.
