Arthur J. Decio

Arthur J. Decio served as Consultant of Skyline Corp. from September 2001 to September 2007. Mr. Decio served as Executive Officer of Skyline Corp. until September 24, 2001 and as its Chief Executive Officer until December 16, 1998. He serves as Chairman of The Board of Homette Corporation. He served as the Chairman for Skyline Corp. and has been its Director since 1959. He served as a Director of NiSource Inc. from 1991 to May 10, 2005. He served as a Director of Northern Indiana Public Service Company, Inc. since 1991. He serves as a Trustee of Hillsdale College.
