Joseph I. O’Neill, III

Has almost 40 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He currently serves as Managing Partner of O’Neill Properties, a highly regarded Midland, Texas oil and gas producer. Mr. O’Neill is the Chairman of the Board of Texas Oil & Gas Association and is a Director of the Petroleum Club of Midland. He has served on the boards of numerous industry, civic, academic, political and charitable institutions. He is a graduate of Notre Dame University and formerly on the Board of Directors and a past President of the Notre Dame Alumni Association.
