Robert Kelley

Since 2001, Mr. Kelley has served as the President of Kellco Investments, a private investment company. From 1986 to 2001, Mr. Kelley served in several senior management roles including Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Noble Affiliates, Inc. Prior to 1986, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Samedan Oil Corporation, a subsidiary of Noble Energy Inc. Audit Committee; Compensation and Benefits Committee. Cabot Oil and Gas Corporation; OGE Energy Corp.
