Bonnie Wilkinson

Bonnie Wilkinson is vice president and secretary of ArvinMeritor, Inc. In this position, in addition to other legal duties, she is responsible for attending and recording the proceedings of meetings of shareowners, the board of directors and any committee of the board of directors. Wilkinson is also an officer in the company. Before joining ArvinMeritor in 1997 as assistant general counsel, Wilkinson was an assistant director of the Division of Investment Management at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in Washington, D.C. Prior to that, she was a partner at the law firm of Reid & Priest (now Thelen Reid & Priest) in New York, where she began her legal career as an associate attorney in 1979. Wilkinson holds a Bachelor of Arts in anthropology from Vassar College, a Master of Science in library and information services from the University of Michigan, and a Juris Doctorate from Fordham University Law School.
