Stephen M. Lessing serves as Managing Director of Lehman Brothers Inc. Mr. Lessing has been Head of Client Relationship Management of Lehman Brothers - Private Investment Management since 2002, where he is responsible for senior client relationship management across all of its businesses. He served as Head of Client Relationship Management of Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc., holding company of Lehman Brothers Inc. since 2002. Mr. Lessing served as Associate in the Fixed Income Division of Lehman Brothers since 1980. In his 27 years with Lehman Brothers, he served as Head of Global Fixed Income Sales and Research, Head of Global Equity Sales and Research, Co-Head of Global Capital Markets and Head of Private Client Services and held a number of senior management positions. He serves as Chairman of the Dartmouth College Parents Fund. Mr. Lessing serves as the Vice Chairman of the Securities Industry Association. He serves as Trustee of University of Richmond. He serves as Member of the Board of Directors of the Dorothy Rodbell Cohen Foundation, Securities Industry, Lessing's Inc. and Financial Markets Association. He serves as Member of the Board of Trustees of the Alfred E. Smith Memorial Foundation, Fairfield University and Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory. He serves as Member of the National Advisory Board of Youth, Inc., President's Advisory Council of Dartmouth College and Board of Governors of the Bond Club of New York. He serves as Member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the International Tennis Hall of Fame and also Member of the Investment Committee and Finance Council of the Archdiocese of New York. He served as Director of Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association. Mr. Lessing holds BA from Fairfield University and MBA from Fordham University.
