William H Mallender

William H. Mallender served as the Chief Executive Officer of Talley Industries Inc., manufacture of industrial, commercial and aerospace products since 1981. Mr. Mallender served as Chief Executive Officer of Talley Manufacturing & Technology Inc. He also served as the President of Talley Industries Inc. from 1983 to 1981, as Executive Vice President from 1981 to 1978, as General Counsel from 1981 to 1971, as Secretary from 1981 to 1973 and as Vice President from 1978 to 1971. He serves as Chairman of the Board of the IAP Aerospace Group, Inc. of Hartford CT, and IAP Aircraft Ltd. of London, England, and Vice Chairman of Alpha Engineering Associates Inc. of Long Beach, CA. He served as Chairman of the Board of Talley Industries Inc. from 1983 to June 1997. He served as Chairman of Talley Manufacturing & Technology Inc. He has been Director of MicroAge Inc. since 1987. He has been Director of Washington Group International Inc. since 2002 and serves as its Lead Independent Director. He also serves as a Director of Orius Corp. He served as a Director of Talley Industries Inc. and Talley Manufacturing & Technology Inc. .
