Thomas C Wajnert

Mr. Wajnert has been self-employed since July 2006, providing advisory services, including acting as a Senior Advisor to Bear Stearns Merchant Banking. From January 2002 to June 2006, he had been Managing Director of Fairview Advisors, LLC, a merchant bank he co-founded. Mr. Wajnert retired as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of AT&T Capital Corporation, a commercial finance and leasing company, where he was employed from November 1984 until December 1997. He was self-employed and participated in several private equity transactions in the technology and human resources outsourcing areas from December 1997 to December 2001. Mr. Wajnert commenced serving on the Board of RAI as of July 30, 2004, and served on the board of directors of RJR from June 1999 to July 2004. Mr. Wajnert also serves on the boards of directors of NYFIX, Inc., United Dominion Realty Trust, Inc., Alter Moneta Corporation and Churchill Financial Corp., and is Non-Executive Chairman of FGIC, Inc., a privately held financial guarantee insurance company.
