Vincent A. Maffeo is Senior Vice President and General Counsel of ITT Corporation, and has global responsibility for all legal matters for the company. Maffeo also serves on the company's Strategic Council. Maffeo joined ITT in July 1977, and has held key Legal positions in the Company's Telecommunications, Defense and Automotive businesses, and at the European Headquarters of ITT Europe, prior to becoming General Counsel in 1995.
